A clear description of what happened is more useful than simply saying “it doesn’t work.” Never post your full subscription link, account password, or payment credentials publicly. Share only the information needed to resolve the issue in a support ticket.

Selecting “Get Started” on a plan card takes you to the user panel; it does not charge you. Existing users can sign in to view plans. New users can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. In the panel, confirm that you are using the correct account before choosing a plan and reviewing the order.
Before paying, check whether the plan is a monthly subscription or data pack, its listed allowance, and the amount due. Then use the Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT option in the panel. For USDT payments, verify the network, amount, and recipient details shown on the payment page. Do not rely on chat messages or addresses posted publicly.
After paying, return to the panel and check whether the original order is marked complete and your subscription details have updated. If the payment page and order status have not synced yet, keep the order details and do not pay again just because a refresh shows no change. If you need help, submit a support ticket with the order and payment details.
Once your subscription is active, go to the client page to get a client and import your subscription. Payment completion, an active subscription, and a successful client connection are separate steps. If something goes wrong, identify which step is affected and share the relevant message to help resolve it faster.
